Monitoring
We have resolved the issue causing Outlook connection errors to some Exchange+ users. We are continuing to test and monitor internally for any latency connecting to or managing Exchange mailboxes. We will update shortly with a resolved status once all tests have completed.

Identified
At this time Mailprotector has identified the issue with the Exchange+ platform, and is working to restore Outlook connectivity to all affected users.

Investigating
Mailprotector is currently investigating an issue with Exchange+. For the time being, Outlook connectivity to some users is affected, however, mailboxes are still available thought OWA at https://Exchange.Mailprotector.com
