We will be performing scheduled maintenance on CloudMail (hosted IMAP email) and XtraMail (continuity webmail) on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 9:00 PM ET.
This update includes essential database updates and may result in a brief login interruption.

Maintenance Window: 4 hours
Expected Impact: Logging into CloudMail or XtraMail accounts may intermittently fail. Mail flow will not be interrupted.
Important Note: Logging in via webmail or an email client will be affected.
